Kindness as a way of life
SPORTS IN EVERYDAY LIFE
Practising sports daily, or at least few times a week,
contributes to your wellbeing, physically and mentally.
It builds your body; it improves cognitive abilities and has a huge positive effect on our mood.
This is a well-known reality, backed up with research and numerous scientific studies.
Now, how do we implement this in practice in our daily life? How do we educate our children and help them adopt health habits that will stay with them for life?
How do we effect our communities to become more active, so to create a viral effect and change people’s lives?
Let us start with ourselves- teachers, students and parents, and everyone in our community- join the Helen Doron Olympiad- where everyone is a winner!
